CALL US BEFORE YOU RETURN A PRODUCT 800-621-3467. Some products may have to be sent directly back to the vendor.
Make sure you order the right product for your vehicle. If you have any questions, please call us 800-621-3467. Unless the product is damaged, you must pay for return shipping.
- However, if you order the wrong item or part number you must pay for return shipping unless so stated by manufacturer.
- All returns must be sent freight pre-paid unless manufacturer supplies pre-paid shipping label.
- Returns: All returns must be authorized in writing, All returns MUST BE in "Like New Condition.
- All products have been 100% tested. However there is always a chance that a product may be defective.

20% Restocking Fee. This excludes exchanges on damaged or in correctly shipped items which will not have a restocking fee.

Weather Tech: If you order the wrong floor mats and return them. You must pay a $10.00 restocking fee. Plus you will be charged for shipping to get the right mats sent back to you. So please make sure you have the right mats for your vehicle.
Damaged merchandise in most instances may be sent back to the manufacturer..
