Broadview Parts Return Policy


CALL US BEFORE YOU RETURN A PRODUCT 800-621-3467. Some products may have to be sent directly back to the vendor.

Make sure you order the right product for your vehicle. If you have any questions, please call us 800-621-3467. Unless the product is damaged, you must pay for return shipping.

Returns on Products:
  All products may be returned if not installed in the truck, jeep or trailer in 30 days.
  Damaged or items sent wrong will have 6 months unless warranty states longer period.
  Most items have warranties.
After 30 days
  • Unless we ship the wrong item or if it's damaged you must pay for return shipping unless so stated by manufacturer. So you have 30 days no matter what.
  • All returns must be sent freight pre-paid unless manufacturer supplies pre-paid shipping label.
  • Returns: All returns must be authorized in writing, All returns MUST BE in "Like New Condition.
  • All products have been 100% tested. However there is always a chance that a product may be defective.
  • If you feel the product is defective please call our customer service line

Restocking Fees:

After 30 days return ( excluding damaged, or sent the wrong item or warranty claim)

20% Restocking Fee. This excludes exchanges on damaged or in correctly shipped items which will not have a restocking fee.

Credit Card / PayPal charge back fee:

Damaged merchandise in most instances may be sent back to the manufacturer..
