Shipping and Handling

 You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We offer very inexpensive shipping and handling charges for shipments within the 48state continental USA. Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. Most orders are shipped using FEDX. However some orders may be shipped UPS or US mail. Orders totaling $500.00 or more will require an adult signature upon delivery to insure against damage and fraud.

Truck Freight Shipping & Handling

 $162.00 per pallet for Business address delivery or freight terminal pickup

 $162.00 for Home delivery with lift-gate service (where available)

 * Our Sales staff can arrange for most orders requiring truck freight to be delivered to the nearest truck freight terminal or to your work address. Doing this eliminates residential and lift gate fees and makes off-loading heavy items safer and easier

 Estimated Delivery Time

 On in-stock items, please allow for 1 to 5 days for delivery from the time order is completed and item is shipped from us. Actual delivery times may vary depending how the item is shipped (i.e. freight) and if the item shipped has to be transferred between various truck lines. Your delivery time will also increase the further the item is shipped from one of our warehouses. If your order is in stock, it will be shipped no later than 5 days.

 Shipping Methods

There are three ways you may choose to ship your products. 1. Regular Ground " Best Price" 2. 2nd Day Shipping "More Expensive than Regular Ground and 3. Standard Overnight "Most Expensive Shipping Method"

Shipping Methods Saturday / Sunday & Shipping Time

 Fed Ex and UPS does ship on Saturdays and Sunday. Orders placed after 3:00 Eastern Time will be shipped on the next day.

 Back Orders 

Although we make every effort to maintain a large inventory for immediate shipping, occasionally unexpected demand may depleat an items in-stock status and put that item on backorder. Sometimes, a demand for a particular popular item may overwhelm the manufacturer's ability to keep us supplied with adequate stock. Due to variousmanufactures shipping time frames, we will keep and order open for a maximum of 90 days at which time the order will be canceled and need to be

 Damaged and Defective

Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. report any damage or shipping related issues to the carrier immediately. Please contact your sales representative immediately for further information.
